What certificate will I receive upon completion?

Upon successful completion, you will receive an ATAB-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Aastha Ayurveda Academy under the National Academy of Ayurveda (Ministry of AYUSH). You can verify the authenticity of your certificate anytime using the Verify Certificate tool on training.asthaayurveda.in/verify-certificate.

Are there live classes or is the course fully pre-recorded?

Our programmes combine pre-recorded video lectures with live interaction sessions (webinars), where you can ask questions directly to Dr. Sandeep or Dr. Suman and get personalised guidance.

What courses does Aastha Ayurveda Academy offer?

We offer three certified programmes: Basic Certificate Course in Ayurveda, Advanced Certificate Course in Ayurveda, and Ayurveda Diet & Nutrition. All three are available online as well as in-person at our Delhi centre.

Who are the instructors and what are their qualifications?

Our lead instructors are Dr. Sandeep Madaan (M.D. Ayurveda) and Dr. Suman Madaan, co-founders of Aastha Ayurveda with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience since 2004, supported by a team of subject-matter experts and guest speakers.

Can I learn at my own pace, or are there fixed timelines?

Recorded video lectures are accessible at your own pace. Live webinar sessions are scheduled at fixed times but are supplementary. Intensive in-person formats at the Delhi centre can be arranged on request.

Do I need a medical background to enroll?

No medical background is required. All three courses are open to anyone above 16 years of age with a 10+2 qualification or above, including practitioners, yoga instructors, health coaches, and general health enthusiasts.

Can students from outside India enroll?

Yes. Aastha Ayurveda has trained students from Japan, the Philippines, Mexico, France, Thailand, Bangladesh, and many other countries, both online and in-person, with guidance provided for accommodation and travel for international students.

Are the courses officially accredited?

Yes. The courses are accredited by ATAB (Ayurvedic Training Accreditation Board), National Academy of Ayurveda, which operates under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, making the certification nationally and internationally recognised.

What is the refund policy?

Can I upgrade from the Basic to the Advanced course after completing the Basic?

Yes. The Basic Certificate Course is the ideal foundation before proceeding to the Advanced Certificate Course in Fundamentals of Ayurveda, and many students follow this pathway.
