One need to be conversant with English Language and minimum education qualification is 10+2 (senior Secondary Examination)
We offer three certified programmes: (1) Basic Certificate Course in Ayurveda — covering the history, philosophy, and fundamental treatment methods; (2) Advanced Certificate Course in Ayurveda — a deep-dive into advanced concepts for those with foundational knowledge; and (3) Ayurveda Diet & Nutrition — covering Prakriti identification, food properties, meal planning, and healthy recipes. All three are available online as well as in-person at our Delhi centre.
Our lead instructors are Dr. Sandeep Madaan (M.D. Ayurveda) and Dr. Suman Madaan, co-founders of Aastha Ayurveda with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience since 2004. They are supported by a team of subject-matter experts including Dr. Nitin Vaidya, Dr. Sunil Kumar, and Dr. Sanjay Kushwaha, as well as highly qualified guest speakers from across the field.
No medical background is required. All three courses are open to anyone above 16 years of age with a 10+2 (secondary school) qualification or above. The programmes are designed to welcome Ayurvedic practitioners, yoga instructors, health coaches, medical professionals, and general health enthusiasts alike — no prior Ayurveda knowledge is needed for the Basic course.
Yes, absolutely. Aastha Ayurveda has trained students from Japan, the Philippines, Mexico, France, Thailand, Bangladesh, and many other countries — both online and in-person. Upon successful completion, you will receive an ATAB-accredited Certificate of Completion issued by Aastha Ayurveda Academy under the National Academy of Ayurveda (Ministry of AYUSH). You can also verify the authenticity of your certificate at any time using the Verify Certificate tool available on our website at training.asthaayurveda.in/verify-certificate.
Our programmes combine immersive pre-recorded video lectures with live interaction sessions (webinars). Live sessions allow you to ask questions directly to Dr. Sandeep or Dr. Suman, clarify concepts, and get personalised guidance. You can view upcoming live sessions under the Webinars section on our website.
The recorded video lectures are accessible at your own pace, so you can study at a time that suits you. Live webinar sessions are scheduled at fixed times, but these are supplementary. If you have specific schedule requirements or prefer an intensive in-person format at our Delhi centre, please contact us and we will tailor the programme accordingly.
